RETURNS PROCEDURE

Exchanges will only be accepted if the following process is adhered to. 

1. Download returns / exchange PDF form and print 

2. Complete the form with the required information 

3. Email a copy of the form to the uniform shop, ensure the subject of the email is EXCHANGE 

4. Seal the exchange package in a bag and attach a copy of the completed returns form, as well as proof of purchase to the package.  Return this package to the Uniform Shop on a day the Uniform Shop is open, alternatively you can drop the returns package off at the school office during opening hours.
