Q. How do I know the uniforms will fit my child?
A. There is a sizing chart with accurate measurements to refer to prior to purchasing.
Q. In the past I have purchased uniforms and the sizing was not accurate. Ie. The sizes have been bigger than expected.
A. The sizing chart reflects the measurements of the current uniforms for sale. Please refer to the sizing measurements when informing your decision, rather than just choosing the size number you usually buy your child.
Q. What if I buy something and it doesn’t fit?
A. Where a uniform is not suitable due to sizing, provided the item is in the original plastic packing and in original unworn and unwashed condition, you may seek an exchange by following the “Returns Policy”.
Q. How do I know the item I want is in stock?
A. If the item does not say "Sold out", then it is available and in stock. Items out of stock will not be able to be added to "Your cart". Email updates will be provided to email subscribers when items return back in stock.
Q. My child is in desperate need of a hat, jacket or another item of uniform, how can I get something quickly?
A. In an emergency situation such as this, please place your order, including "Special Instructions" noting this urgency. You should also email the Uniform Shop and mark the "Subject" of your email as URGENT with this information.
Q. How do I make a purchase if I don’t have a debit, credit card or other electronic payment method?
A. Unfortunately you cannot purchase items through our online shop. Please come to the Uniform Shop on a day it is open to purchase uniform items by paying with cash. It is preferred all orders are made through our online shop were possible.
Q. Do you have sample uniforms available to view?
A. A selection of uniforms will be available at the Uniform Shop and may be viewed when the Uniform Shop is open. These times are subject to change and will be announced each term on our website and social media accounts.
Q. Can I speak to someone about uniforms?
A. We are available on email via the "Contact Us" link. Our friendly volunteers aim to get back to all queries within two School Days. For urgent requests, please mark the subject as URGENT in your email.
Q. Can my child pick my order up from school?
A. You can pick your order up directly from the Uniform Shop when it is open. Unfortunately, children CANNOT pick-up orders on behalf of the person who has made the order.
Q. Can another adult pick-up my order?
A. Yes, if they are able to bring the Order Confirmation and cite your name and email address. If you would like someone else to pick-up your order please email to the Uniform Shop to advise.
Q. I can't get get to the Uniform Shop when it is open, how will I get my order?
A. If you can't get to the Uniform Shop at it's opening times, you can select to ship your order to your home address by Express Post. Fees apply based on the weight of your order and are advised at the time of "Payment".
Q. Can I buy uniforms for Elderslie Public School elsewhere?
A. No, our uniforms are not available for purchase elsewhere. The Uniform Shop is run by volunteers through our P&C Association. All proceeds from the Uniform Shop are distributed back to the school via the EPS P&C Association.
